There is this old saying....back in the old days of the GDR survival 'touristic' guidebook: contrary to the saying that 'what it may seem, it often is confirmed, in cold war's vice and fog, whatever never ever appears to be, it often and always (!)  becomes confirmed. Officially. '. 

Beware those apparent 'nice' opposition' disclaimer. Quite the opposite. The worst is coming. Or may come. Winter.
