Ministro da Ciência, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior promove colaboração com politécnicos da Holanda :: Notícia :: Ministro da Ciência, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior :: Governo de Portugal: "MINISTRO DA CIÊNCIA, TECNOLOGIA E ENSINO SUPERIOR PROMOVE COLABORAÇÃO COM POLITÉCNICOS DA HOLANDA"

O Ministro da Ciência, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior desloca-se a Amesterdão, na Holanda, para participar no Conselho Informal da Competitividade e para promover uma plataforma de colaboração entre os Institutos Politécnicos Portugueses e os Holandeses (Hogescholen). Manuel Heitor pretende igualmente promover o interesse estratégico de Portugal no reforço do acesso aberto ao conhecimento (open science).

O Ministro participa no Conselho Informal da Competitividade que reúne os ministros da Ciência europeus. Este encontro tem como objectivo debater o futuro do investimento em Investigação e Inovação (I&I) tendo por base a avaliação do 7.º Programa Quadro de Investigação e Desenvolvimento.

Com o objectivo de modernização do ensino politécnico e de uma nova abordagem de formação neste sistema de ensino, Manuel Heitor reúne-se ainda com a homóloga holandesa, a Ministra da Educação, Cultura e Ciência, Jet Bussemaker, no sentido de promover uma plataforma de colaboração entre os Institutos Politécnicos Portugueses e os Holandeses (Hogescholen) para estimular a investigação científica no interior destas instituições.
