Personally, I have always found 'fascinating' how, when leading, or coordinating, or ruling, or governing, or apparently seemingly thinking that one is doing it, and ignoring eg basic guidelines from eg Punic wars. And yes, so true and still actual learning from WS's plays. I would rather label some 'instructive CULTURAL learning guidelines'. But in an autocracy, one does know all that is to be known and needs no more and no one of difference... Right?
