pre (!!!) -announcement (grants)

We think it is critical to 

send out this announcement well before the official call notice because (a) the

recognition for foreign master\doctorate degrees may take quite some time 

and (b) prepare for a very competitive selection (cf.

funds from https://www.fct.pt/apoios/projectos/concursos/ICDT/index.phtml.en may (or not) be available) 

So, please spread out the following pre-announcement about 

1. upcoming call

for one single  junior research position at our group. 

2. (more probable) one PhD studentship upcoming call

for a   position at our group . 

Either of 1. or 2. will likely be made fully public only by early or mid 2021.
