BASIC 2016 will be the first in a new series of conferences on physics, to take place 7-12 January 2016, at Stella Maris, Long Island, The Bahamas.  Participation will be restricted due to the limitations of the facilities, so an application must be submitted by anyone wishing to participate.  Successful applicants will be notified by email at least two months before the conference.  There will be no registration fee for successful applicants.  Please go to the following link to apply.   https://cgc.physics.miami.edu/2016ApplicationForm.html The 2016 conference will emphasize particle physics, cosmology, and gravitation, both theory and experiment.   Among these subjects, a consensus will be used to select the participants and determine the focus of the meeting.  Suggestions are welcome for future conference themes and areas to be emphasized.  All participants will be accommodated at the Stella Maris Resort which is offering a 20% discount from its regular rates.  Given the isolation of Stella Maris, participants are encouraged to take one of the resort's "all inclusive" packages, as described here.
