I know it was maybe not as a ... well, the hmm right manner or starting point to 'create' it. And the reasons. And so on. And so forth. I know. I read it.
But the right way (or a right way) to proceed was the ... merger. Wales, west in UK, sheep plenty, well, actually, RAM's, I think, not close to London, not a rich region, etc etc.
So, a merger, of Univ with colleges. in order to keep competing. Or, get into (a new) competition. Really not sure, actually think that they will backfire, if some of the comments in http://www.tsf.pt/Programas/programa.aspx?content_id=2028609&audio_id=2040787, will help and be constructive.
