How to launch a EUREKA Cluster project http://www.eurekanetwork.org/about/-/journal_content/56/10137/4261668?refererPlid=10195

EUREKA Clusters are public-private partnerships which aim to foster research and development in strategically important areas or encourage standardisation processes. Cluster projects are market-oriented and lead to marketable products or services.
The first thing to do to participate in EUREKA Cluster project is to select a Cluster. The following clusters are currently active:
• nanoelectronics: CATRENE
• software systems: ITEA 3
• communication systems: CELTIC-PLUS
• electronic smart systems: EURIPIDES²
• hydrotechnology: ACQUEAU
• low carbon energy: EUROGIA2020
Take part in one of the regular event organised by the Cluster which is of interest to you. These events provide an opportunity to present your project idea and find a suitable consortium.
Develop your project idea and present a project outline to the cluster office. Clusters launch one or two calls per year. Your proposal will be evaluated by the Cluster and you will get a first funding outlook from each country involved. You may as well contact yournational EUREKA office or the relevant public authority from your country. Based on the results of this first evaluation round, you will be invited by the Cluster office to submit a full project proposal which will be assessed in the same way. If your proposal is labelled by the Cluster, you can apply for funding to respective authorities. Once all your applications have been submitted correctly and funding is secured, your project can begin.
Throughout the duration of the project the relevant Cluster office can answer any questions you may have. You can also apply to the national EUREKA office if necessary.
