Hello Paulo Moniz

I am delighted to confirm that we will be releasing the 2016-17 Times Higher Education World University Rankings in September 2016 and I wanted to let you know that the advance notification of your results will be sent to you under a strict embargo by email with the subject heading: Results: 2016-17 World University Rankings.

This email will arrive a minimum of 24 hours before we release the rankings publicly. The process this year will be slightly different: if you are ranked, you will be provided with a web link to our THE DataPoints website, with a unique one-time login link which will give you ongoing access to key information including your overall position in the THE World University Rankings and a breakdown of your scores against our five performance “pillars”.

If you have recently become a Foundation Customer and purchased THEData+ then you will receive your strictly embargoed results one week prior to our public announcement in order to help you prepare for the global release of the rankings (including the development of internal and external communications and marketing activities). Your THE Regional Director will be in touch when the data is ready to view. For any questions regarding this or our Foundation Customer programme please contact data@timeshighereducation.com

I wish you the very best of luck and if you are attending the World Academic Summit in September, I look forward to seeing you in Berkeley.

Kind regards,

Phil Baty
Editor – World University Rankings
